Do you ship overseas?
Yes, I ship all over the world by registered post. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. You can find out more below.
Please allow 5 to 10 days for your order to be ready for shipping depending on the piece of jewellery.
DUTIES & TAXES
For countries outside of Europe, please check your local customs office for potential custom or import duties. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel, NAIIAD Designer Jewellery is not responsible for any customs duties that may apply.
All packages are sent via An Post Irish postal service. Packages are registered and tracked and can be traced online.

How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are.
For designs in stock, please allow 5 to 10 days for your order to be ready for shipping depending on the piece of jewellery and the size customisation required.
Orders shipping in Ireland will take 5-7 business days from the order date. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 10 to 20 days from the order date.
A notification will be sent to you when your order has been shipped.

Do you offer customisation on your designs?
Yes, I do whenever possible. I am happy to customise the length of all necklaces and bracelets to your preference. You can also enquire about customising a gemstone or swapping chain patterns, and if it is something that can be done, I will be happy to do it for you.
What is Chainmail?
Chainmail, or chainmaille, is the ancient art of creating weaves by assembling small rings of metal one at a time.
After studying jewellery design and traditional techniques in Paris, I discovered the art of chainmail. And I never looked back... It has become my preferred medium to create jewellery.
I find chainmail to be so similar to a woman – fluid, adaptable, made of a lot of links which are small and delicate on their own but when woven together they create a strong, resilient and beautifully intricate pattern. All at once intriguing, wonderfully tactile, elegant and feminine. And will stand the test of time in its strength and beauty. Mixing chainmail with traditional silversmithing techniques allows me to create modern, feminine and unique pieces of jewellery which are a true pleasure to wear.
Exchanges & Returns
RETURNS
I take great pride in the quality of craftsmanship of all my designs, and your satisfaction is very important to me. If there is any problem, please contact NAIIAD in writing by email within 7 days of receipt (info@naiiad.com). Goods must be returned within 14 days from receipt of delivery and will not be accepted thereafter. Please do not return items before contacting NAIIAD Designer Jewellery.
Items that are non-refundable:
- Bespoke designs, or items that have been personalised to your specifications are non-refundable
- Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Sale items – only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted
All items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
The client is be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item(s), unless goods are faulty (where possible please photograph any arears of dissatisfaction). Shipping costs are non-refundable. I strongly recommend that you send your return by registered post with proof of postage as NAIIAD Designer Jewellery will not be responsible for items lost or not delivered.
All returns must be marked “Goods for return”. Failure to do so may result in import duties and taxes being charged. These will be the responsibility of the client/returnee. NAIIAD Designer Jewellery is not responsible for any customs duties, if any.
I will notify you of receipt of returns and provided everything is in order, I will refund your payment immediately.
CANCELLATIONS
Non bespoke orders may be cancelled within 2 days of placement. Notification of order cancellation must be received in writing within 2 days of the order placement. For bespoke items the schedule of rates as per the design brief.
