With the terrible events happening in Ukraine I felt deeply moved and saddened like all of you, and that the urgent humanitarian crisis there calls for all the support we can give at this time… Many of us have been donating blankets, clothes, sanitary products… and any little help that we can provide at any level is crucial. I felt I could do something with my business as well to raise funds in support of the people of Ukraine. And so for the whole month of March I launched a campaign to donate 20% of all the sales made on my website www.naiiad.com to the Irish Red Cross.
I chose to donate a portion of my sales to the Irish Red Cross as they have asked people to make monetary donations rather than physical goods since it is difficult to get those goods across the border into Ukraine. Many warm thanks to all of you who contributed to helping me raise funds for the people of Ukraine.
